If you have a PHP-enabled site, simply copy and paste the code at the top of the site into your page. Then, let us know about your site and help us fill the database. It’s as simple as that!
The code will work (and update automatically) as it is, but if you want to make changes to it, you’re more than welcome to. It doesn’t have to be in your code exactly as it is, but make sure you leave the include as it is (or else it won’t work at all).
