As with the humans they sometimes represent, websites also have a (metaphorical) mind/body/soul. Though the final definition may eventually be altered, for now, this is what we have…

MindThe Mind - The “operating system” or brain of each site - Sometimes it’s simply PHP-based code written by a human being. That person is the brain of the site, or at least the Dr. Frankenstein of the site. If the person running the site is using a CMS like WordPress or PHP-Nuke, then the brain is NOT the webmaster. In this case, the brain is WordPress or PHP-Nuke.

BodyThe Body - The physical appearance and behavior of the site - This is the part of the site that is viewed and/or interacted with by the user. It could be the graphics involved, the overall layout, or the unconventional manner in which it operates. All graphic designers, theme designers, and plug-in designers are to be listed here.

SoulThe Soul - The content or intended purpose of the site - The graphics, music, writings, or other art that was created for the site but that wasn’t necessarily created by the webmaster(s). If you are an artist and you hired someone to create the site for you, only your name should go here.
